Another Monday night and I'm happy!!

First up, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. ( spoilers for tonight's ep )

First up, premiere of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. I absolutely loved it! ( spoilers for this ep )

After that came Prison Break. Have I mentioned that I like this season way better than last? ( spoilers for this ep )

SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!! My Prison Break is back! And I can finally use this icon again. And I didn't miss a thing by boycotting it last year!

So, I finally looked up what is coming back next year... and when everything is scheduled... boy am I going to have some conflict! But the favorites that I wanted back are coming back, which makes me happy. *grin*

According to the list provided by wikipedia, here's what I'll be watching come fall...

Then there are the ones that are not renewed that I liked, but wasn't devastated over. I thought Miss Guided was cute, so sad to see that go. I watched Back to You when I could, but I can see why it was canceled. I think the writers' strike really did that one in. I dropped Bionic Woman before they did, so that was no sad loss, but Journeyman was. I really liked that one. I still have the final 2 episodes on my DVR. I think it'll stay there a while to remember it.

Due to some news from the Ausiello Scoop, I have decide to lift my boycott of the show. (Spoilers for that link for S4). Thank you starlightmoonla for giving me that link. For more confirmation, Watch with Kristin talks about it too.

First of all... trip canceled! Yea!! Just wished that I was told that before I showed up to work with a packed bag. *rolls eyes*

Now, back to TV... I always end up getting some new show, and Pushing Daisies fits the bill for this year! I love the Princess Brideish feel to it. I love the British narrator and technicolor fairy land. I even love the slightly outlandish things that happen (like cars running on dandy lions), as all good fairy tales should have.

ABC hyped up this show enough and it delivered. *grin* So... I may be talking about this more often. Especially since I'm still thinking of ditching Prison Break since I'm mad at them. Oh, and The Office is on tonight! Another one of my favorites fall shows!

Sometimes it amazes me how people don't know stuff that's on the internet. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, not everyone is obsessed as I am... but as I was talking about Ugly Betty with my coworker today, I explained that I had to watch it online since my VCR crapped out on me. Actually, I think it was the tape, not the VCR... but, that's another story.

Anyway, she questions: "You can watch it online? You mean, I don't need cable?" *grin* Yep. All the major networks seem to put their shows online nowadays. ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX... am I missing anyone? I don't know if the CW does it.

Which, by the way, I wonder... can those outside the US view these, or they region locked like aspects of the BBC sites? It's a very useful tool I've realized... and I even put up with the 'limited commercials'. Plus, all I have to do is hook my computer up to my TV, and it's like I'm watching it on TV anyway.

So, I have 20 minutes to kill under I watch the finale of Doctor Who and wonder what they are going to cut out of it to put in more commercials.

As I do this, I'm wondering which shows people on my flist watch that are the same as I so that I can squee. This is my current line-up: Prison Break, Heroes, Bones, House, Pushing Daisies, Bionic Woman, Ugly Betty, and The Office.

This also means that I'm a Michael/Sara shipper (PB), love Hiro, Claude, and Peter (Heroes), Booth/Brennan shipper (Bones), Betty/Henry shipper (UB), and Jim/Pam shipper (The Office). Wow... I need to find a ship for Heroes, eh? *hehe*

September quickly approaches, bringing us our lovely television shows! *grin* And while I am enjoying Doctor Who, Kyle XY, The 4400, and The Dead Zone this summer... I am also looking forward to the return of some other favorites! *grin*

Now, a full listing (at least it looks pretty good) can be found here, but I'll just let you know what I'm looking forward to. (All times are Eastern.)

First on the block, my Mondays start the fastest with Prison Break returning to FOX on September 17th at 8:00pm.

The following week, the other half of my Monday delight is made complete when Heroes returns to NBC on September 24th at 9pm.

That done, I wait for the next day for my Tuesday line up. September 25th marks the happy return to FOX of both Bones at 8pm, followed by House at 9pm.

I plan on trying something a little new on the Wednesday, September 26th, as I jump to NBC to check out the new Bionic Woman at 9pm.

I then have Ugly Betty on ABC on September 27th at 8pm. Strangely missing from my Thursdays is The Office... though I found out here that it will be showing this day at 9pm. Could I possibly hope that this is it's normal time slot and I don't have to record all the time when it's on at 8:30pm? Probably not, but I'll just be glad to have it back.

Lost will be back midseason, and I assume the last season of Battlestar Galactica will appear sometime in early 2008.

I think that's all for now... I'm started to get excited! *grin*

Okay, so I was bored with the story (not with what has been posted, but with what is coming up). But...I think I'm getting back on track! Thanks to 68phile4life and tea_elle, the plot bunny has decided to cooperate. Isn't it nice when plot bunnies cooperate?

I've even gone back and rewritten some of the stuff I was getting bored with so it wasn't so boring. *hehe* I'll even be able to post up another one tomorrow...I think.

At this point of the story, I wasn't bored with it, so I actually like it right now. *grin*

Okay, here's my problem. I'm not liking my fic. It's got some good points here and there, but...it doesn't call to me. And that feels lame. So, I dunno what to do. Do I give you what I think is substandard work or give up on it completely?

Maybe I'm just losing my satirical edge. Or just that I've been branching off into a different persona of my character that I'm unaccustomed to. I don't know.

For those reading my lastest story The Therapix Files: Future's Obsession, you know that my character is, um, a wee bit obsessed with the Doctor and Michael Scofield. Who will she choose? (Yes, I know, I know, I haven't posted it in a while, I'm working on it!)

Anyways, it's a difficult choice. Frankly, and annoyingly to some, my leanings have been towards the Doctor, since he's adorkable. *hehe*

And then there was Monday's episode. Oh my-lanta...I think I'm soon to become as obsessed as my character! This, frankly, scares me! *hehe*
