Nursery

I got to be in nursery today. I always love when I'm in nursery. Today was seven children between the ages of 6 months and three and a half.

The other guy in there with me today hasn't had to raise a baby or toddler before, so with my ten years of experience in nursery, I was in charge pointing out what I needed him to do (since one of the babies was a bit fussy, thus I was holding the six month old while reading books to a couple of the toddlers).

Vidding

The other thing about Sundays is that I don't have to work and can concentrate on my own type of things. My muse has been bugging me lately about another vid. Something to appease me like the fic did with this whole Journey's End thing. But my muse wants too much from me. First of all, it wants clips that I haven't ever used before. From prior to series 4 even! I have over 400 clips, but no, my muse doesn't want just those. *laugh* But that's not too difficult to get, I just have to take my DVDs out for it.

My problem is that my muse is demanding audio clips from series 4. And I don't even know if it's possible to get clean copies of those. I can't find anything online to even give me a hint! If anyone can point me in a direction to solve this, I'd be most appreciative.

As I was sitting here watching last week's SciFi episode of Doctor Who's The Unicorn and the Wasp, I saw the commercial for the DVDs of series 1 to 3, which includes the kiss from New Earth. That, of course, made me squee. Also makes me happy for the rest of the series. And that... reminded me of my vid that was a trailer....

Hello, I'm looking for a bit of help. I'm hoping to add a certain phrase from a series 2 episode, however I don't know how to get a clean copy of it (without background noise, music, etc). If anyone can help me out, please let me know!

This was just what I needed to kick my butt into gear to start on my next one. *grin* I jumped onto my computer and have the rough draft of the first 27 seconds. This will be a happy Ten/Rose one. *grin* I really need a happy Ten/Rose one for myself.

Okay, I may have enjoyed the premiere episode so much that I made a simple vid for myself of all the shippy parts. *laugh* I must be obsessed if I'm willing to use sub-quality video (my DVR isn't the best in quality) and create a very simple vid (no special effects or anything) just so that I have the shippy parts easy at hand on my PMP while I'm gone this weekend. *hehe*

Seem obsessive? *grin*

I have a Master Fanfic List, so for my own ease, I wanted to make one for my vidding as well. *grin*

Have you heard about vortexchallenge?

The first challenge is a 30 second trailer for Doctor Who.

And guess what? I'm going to submit one! That's right... my very first vid will be for this challenge. It is due this Saturday, at noon PST. Does anyone know how to get a clean copy of an audio clip (without the background noises/music)? If so, can you point me in the direction or teach me how? I'd be most grateful!
